Family here for Anzac Day and we've decided to cook Italian so up at the crack of dawn to bake fresh focaccia bread. Enough for us AND our neighbours!
9.45am sun-dried tomato and fresh rosemary
10am garlic shallot and fresh thyme

wow Al, I am so impressed. I love focaccia and yours looks incredibly delicious. You are really dedicated to get up that early and start baking! What is Anzac day by the way?

I feel the priviledged one to have actually tasted the focaccia. It really tasted as fantastic as it looked.
