The dress looks great in the anniversary dinner photo you sent me, as well as on the coat hanger. !What lovely friends you have to send you such super gifts.Would W W agree to chocolate fish ? Naughty but nice.

Happy birthday to Mr Tread Softly and congratulations on your wedding anniversary.

Thos itty bitty choc fish aren't a patch on their more marshmellowy cousins! I enjoyed Mr Pip immensly (and I can't spell too well today). bookclub sounds fab, and I'm lusting after the dress!! heh heh heh. Hope next week measures up!

Happy anniversary! I want to join a book club. I just left my details at our town's Waterstones but I am not sure if anything will come of it. Will you be blogging about the books you are going to read? Would be good to hear how you get on...

emma

Hi Alison

I have just read your blog. Andrew and I got married 7 years to the day as well. Our anniversary is tomorrow (15 years) - 22 years of knowing each other! We called it our seven year hitch rather than itch! Just think you have been in NZ for nearly a year. It is the Arundel Gallery Trail at the end of August. I shall be thinking of you. Plus I finally finished the roof terrace. Andrew, me and the children lay up their on cushions by candlelight watching the August shooting stars. We were up there a long time and saw about three. One was the longest trail of a shooting star we had ever seen. I am going to start a blog. Is typepad good?

Miss you loads. Happy Anniversary to you both.

LOL Emma xxxx

What a dope spelt their wrong should be there - I hate spelling mistakes!

A good book club book is Poisonwood Bible by Barbara somebody (!) check it out on Amazon.

LOL Emma xx

PS Remember the whole purpose of a book club is to discuss the book but only with a good dose of wine!
